After 21 years in the Air Force — including combat search and rescue missions and an Afghan Air Advisor deployment — I've been the one making high-stakes decisions under pressure, far from home, without all the answers yet. I also hold an MBA and am completing a Master's in Real Estate Development at the University of Arizona — training that helps me look past today's listing price and give you honest advice about long-term value.
