I served. I understand what disciplined execution requires.

After 21 years in the Air Force — including combat search and rescue missions and Afghan Air Advisor assignments — I know what it means to operate under pressure and get the mission done. I bring that same discipline to underwriting, due diligence, and closing commercial transactions.

I hold an MBA and am currently completing a Master's in Real Estate Development at the University of Arizona — graduate-level training in cap rate analysis, capital stacks, and development feasibility that I apply directly to every deal I underwrite.
